Perspective2 is an urban cool creative venue for special events in the heart of Lansing's "Old Town."

Studio A is a large, warm, open and inviting space with a Chicago brick feature wall, beautifully restored hardwood flooring (great for dancing), art deco tin ceiling and a view of historic Old Town's Main Street. Studio A amenities include a baby grand piano, plush theater curtains, stage lighting and a large contemporary kitchen. Perfect for weddings, receptions, parties, fundrasiers, live enterainment, dancing and more. Studio A comfortably seats 50-175 guests for formal dinners and 75-200+ set up for mix and mingle special occasions.

Studio B offers an abundance of flexibility, is private yet connected to studio A by way of double doors at the north end of Studio A (behind the contemporary kitchen and next to the changing room). Studio B is often used as our small urban chapel and is breathtaking when drapped with white sheers and soft uplights. Studo B has also been creativly used an for a beautiful buffet tables, a green room for entertainers / dignitaries, a back stage ready room for theatre and fashion shows, a large well lit studio for silent auction or fundrasing events, great for all day training sessions or classes and highly desired for professional photo shoots. Studio B seats up to 80 comfortably as a chapel, 40-50 for dinning and 10- 25 set up for classroom or training with digital projector and screen.

The Prop-Shop Studio is great for creating your own custom photo booth! It comes equipped with many ever changing props-- from victorian themes, hand painted backdrops, to a rough looking back ally set. Don't forget our fun hats and bowas for extra special fun. The prop shop studio is a plethora of texture and color combined natural lighting and ceiling mounted studio strobes that can be set up to work from your point and shoot camera!

*Please Note: The above prices are a general starting point for events. Prices will vary depending on; the number of people attending, the facility set-up, linens, special decor and staffing needed to make your event run smoothly and be special.

*Weddings: Weddings are as wonderful and unique as the bride and groom. Perspective2 and our staff take extra care to make sure your wedding day is truly special and all the "I’s" are dotted and "T’s are crossed. This extra attention to detail and coordinating with the couple, the couple’s family, food providers, DJ or band, decorators, photographer and guests requires that we price weddings and receptions differently than the rates listed above. Weddings and/or receptions typically start at $800 and average closer to $1400 (all inclusive) depending on the day, date, number of people, facility layout, linens, special decor, lighting and so on.

We create a custom look and feel for each couple, client and event based on our consultation with our customers and event size and scope. Your wedding, reception and / or party will be like no other.

Non-Profits: P2 offers discounts to non-profit organizations as well as off-season discounts in February, and early booking discounts for events booked 1year in advance.
